Beef Casserole

 
INGREDIENTS:

1¼ pounds ground chuck
½ tsp. Tennessee Gourmet® Savory Beef Rub
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. butter
1 cup onion, diced
3 cups potatoes, cubed and cooked
1 (16 ounce) bag peas and carrots, thawed
1 (10 ounce) can condensed mushroom soup
½ cup milk
¼ tsp. tarragon
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Pre-heat oven 350°F.
Lightly brown ground chuck and drain. Pour into large casserole dish and sprinkle with Savory and set aside.

Combine oil, butter and onion. Sauté until onions become translucent. Add to the casserole dish with all the remaining ingredients. Combine, cover and cook for 30 minutes. Remove the cover and cook for additional 15 minutes.
